Bing Jiang, Ph.D. | Founder & CEO
Bing Jiang has spent 30 years, both academically and professionally, in the field of microbiology and biotechnology. With a PhD in pharmacology and biochemistry from Peking Union Medical College and a master’s degree in cell biology from Beijing Normal University, Jiang completed his postdoctoral training and contributed to the scientific research at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Before opening BioInnovatise in 2009, Jiang worked in biotechnology research organizations.
At BioInnovatise, Jiang oversees the laboratory production and company operation, and he consults researchers across the globe on their precision medicine research endeavors. He is an expert in many areas of microbiology, including molecular cloning, mutagenesis, recombinant proteins, stem cells, plasmid DNA production and purification, CRISPR-Cas9, and viral vector production.
Aibing Wang, Ph.D. | Senior Scientist
Aibing Wang has over 23 years of experience in biomedical research, with expertise in molecular biology, cell biology, biochemistry, virology, oncology, and vaccine development. After earning a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Peking Union Medical College, he has worked in both academic and industrial settings. As a Research Assistant Professor at Georgetown University previously, he focused on cancer development and drug discovery, specifically exploring TERT’s role in tumorigenesis and screening drugs for cervical cancer. Wang has also developed targeted therapeutics using lipid nanoparticles for brain tumor treatment and conducted extensive in vivo studies. His contributions include 84 publications, five patents, three NIH awards, and mentoring numerous students.
At BioInnovatise, Wang assists the production of plasmid DNA, viral vectors, and CRISPR-Cas9 productions and works on developing new service lines for research and development.
Jiye Wang | Research Scientist
Jiye Wang works with our molecular biology production team. With a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from Wuhan University and a bachelor’s degree in bioengineering from Huazhong Agricultural University, Wangs academic background lays a solid foundation for his work in molecular biology.
At BioInnovatise, Wang assists the production of our quick turnaround molecular biology productions, including lentivirus packaging, molecular cloning, mutagenesis, and high-volume plasmid DNA production.
William Gardner | Marketing & Sales Lead
William Gardner is a marketing professional with extensive experience in biotechnology and biopharmaceutical industries at small molecule therapeutic companies and large plasmid DNA and viral vector CDMOs. He graduated from George Mason University with a degree in Marketing.
At BioInnovatise, William assists with all marketing and sales activities, represents BioInnovatise at industry events and advocates to grow the local BioCapital industry.
