Quick Turnaround Retroviral Packaging for Research and Development
If you are uncertain about which packaging service is best for your research, our viral vector team is available to assist you. Our research-grade viral vector services include:
- Crude (for in vitro): ~10E8 TU/ml | Available in 250 μl, 500 μl, and 1 ml volumes.
- Ultracentrifugation purified (for in vitro or in vivo): ~10E9 TU/ml | Available in 250 μl, 500 μl, and 1 ml volumes.
Retrovirus Packaging Production Options
- Cell Lines: Retrovirus transductions and lentivirus transductions are performed using a HEK293T cell line (Human Embryonic Kidney 293 Transient) to ensure high transfection efficiency.
- Transfection Protocol: Retrovirus packaging is produced according to client specifications. If you lack a retrovirus transfection protocol, we can assist in developing one suited to your research needs.
- Quality Control: All retrovirus productions have titer levels measured with a RT-qPCR assay. Additional quality control tests are available upon request, including fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, and Western blot analyses.
