Our facility

Our production and headquarters are located in the heart of the I-270 Technology Corridor. We are able to serve many of our neighbors who range from startups, large pharmaceutical companies, academic labs, and government agencies including the NIH and FDA. Our facility is a shared workspace and wet lab with over 14,000 square feet of space with convenient loading deck behind the building.

• We are 15 minutes by car from the National Institutes of Health’s main campus in Bethesda, Maryland
• Our facility contains 7 small labs (200 – 500 square feet each), 7 offices (~120 square fee) and 2 bigger labs (>1,000 square feet) available for lease.
• High Wi-Fi for all residents and 2 available conference rooms for meetings
• Free parking, yay!
• The main wet lab that is open to all residents is equipped with including benches, a biological biosafety cabinet, a CO2 incubator, benchtop centrifuges, a -80C freezer/-20C freezer/refrigerator, an ELISA plate reader, an Milli-Q, an invented Microscopy, a shaker incubator, and a few other tools.
