The plasmid DNA team at BioInnovatise has consulted and produced many different plasmid libraries, both bacteria and phage, for discovery phase cell and gene therapy, oncology, and immunotherapy research. Our capabilities, sample submission requirements, and deliverables for each type of plasmid library do differ. However for both plasmid library construction services, we have a starting construct size limit of 3 kilobase pairs. If you have a construct larger than 3 kb or have a low fidelity/copy plasmid, please ask our team for a consultation.

- The complete sequence of the vector, backbone type, plasmid map (if possible)
- Library parameters including strategy, target diversity, and coverage level. Our facility can produce up to 10⁴ variants for a bacteria library.
- 3 µg of wildtype plasmid DNA
Phage Library:
- The complete sequence of the vector, backbone type, plasmid map (if possible)
- Library parameters including strategy, target diversity, and coverage level. Our facility can produce up to 10⁵ variants for a phage library.
- 3 µg of wildtype plasmid DNA
Plasmid Construction Library Deliverable
- 2-4 µg of research grade of the plasmid library
- Electronic project report with sequence alignments, original sequencing data (if requested), and sample selection sequence verifications
